In our experience, many shows use specialty awards. These awards can range from best of show, best paint, even a longest drive. At Speed Judge, our way to work specialty awards is via nominations. The judges can nominate a scorecard for multiple specialty awards and then the judging administrator, typically the lead judge, can then view of a list of all the nominations grouped by the award and select the winner. We have seen this to be a more effective method of work then for the judges to try and remember all the vehicles and select a winner after the fact.
