Speed Judge has recently added the capability for promoters to automate the public voting / people choice awards too! Just have the spectators at your show visit https://vote.speedjudge.com from their mobile device and as long as they are within the area the promoter specifies in our system, the spectator can cast a vote for an entry. For the promoter, it also offers a way to capture additional marketing information from your spectators that would otherwise not be available!

Waterloo, IL – Speed Judge announced today that Slamology Automotive & Music Festival will be the first event to earn the newly formed Speed Judge Certification. This certification will be awarded to events that use the Speed Judge system to it’s full capability and have a proven track record of efficient processes both within their attendee registration as well as in their judging experience and maturity.
Slamology Automotive & Music Festival runs over Father’s day weekend, June 14-15, at the Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis IN. The event has been a proud user of the Speed Judge system since it’s inception in 1993. The event is the largest of it’s kind in the region and has grown year over year by catering to the automotive enthusiast, local music culture, and families alike.
About Speed Judge
Speed Judge is an event management system specifically designed for car shows and has been in use for over a decade. It will handle your registration and back-office needs as well as supply your judges with the tools to do real time scoring. All scoring and reports are available in real time and gives the time spent waiting and tallying back to the event. Additionally, the system offers demographic information and spectator feedback as well.

This past weekend Speed Judge donated the use of their system to a cruise-in that benefited the Sparta Illinois Fire Department. The cruise-in was a great success and the feedback from the group about the system was great.
The folks at RPI have really outdone themselves with the latest version of Speed Judge. We used Speed Judge for our Annual Fire Department Car Show and it made things so much easier, it was unbelievable. Registration went so seamless, as did judging, which is a godsend. I would recommend shows of all sizes using Speed Judge.
Glad that we could help the fire department during their event.
In our experience, many shows use specialty awards. These awards can range from best of show, best paint, even a longest drive. At Speed Judge, our way to work specialty awards is via nominations. The judges can nominate a scorecard for multiple specialty awards and then the judging administrator, typically the lead judge, can then view of a list of all the nominations grouped by the award and select the winner. We have seen this to be a more effective method of work then for the judges to try and remember all the vehicles and select a winner after the fact.
Speed Judge, created by RPI Technologies Inc, released their mobile app to Google Play on December 21st for their next generation system. This release symbolizes the maturity of the system as it grows and adjusts for the needs of its clients.
For over a decade now RPI Technologies has been delivering a state of the art judging and registration experience to automotive events. In mid 2013 they introduced their next generation system at the annual Slamology event in Indianapolis. The annual Slamology event has been using the system since its inception and has long been proponents of it.
With the increased availability of mobile internet, RPI Technologies Inc. took Speed Judge to the cloud and is now a hosted solution that uses only a modern web browser to use.
